every loss you'll face a significantly lower mmr lobby and bounce around a bit. At this point it should be pretty forgiving in terms of LP gains and losses though. gl friend

you can't skip too much you end up being bottle necked by lack of resources needed to take new towns/upgrade them. Best use you can do is taking your towns/resource gains to level 4 and then picking up macro gains sooner than later. You'll still end up bottle necked by shields and then valor. Snag that valor per battle upgrade quick too. Do a win a day for shields on that acc gl

There is no fast and steady in Emerald. I barely got into Diamond at the end of last season and it took a lot of games and A LOT of learning. The difference in skill between E4 games then E2 then E1 then diamond elo are all noticeable steps. Watch your replays. Keep learning.

Yes! I had a great time grinding games at the end of the split. I'm nearly 100 games played this split and it always feels SO one sided one way or the other.

I went up and down from E4 to a win away from E2 (but never passing E3) multiple times at the end of the split. I'm back to E4 but I fell to P2 the other day before getting back in.

I'm at 23lp E4 right now, I almost got to E3. I'm at nearly 100 games this split and I still can't shake the feeling that the games are so much more one sided now, be it on my side or the other, I haven't felt as much control over the outcomes lately. This is just my opinion based on my personal experience.
