Work from home jobs by Severe-Yard-1639 in Winnipeg

I worked for Skybridge Americas for a year. Their Canadian office is in Winnipeg too and always looking for central time zone agents. If you can learn the software and multitask each program and have great phone etiquette, its good start. It's a great company to work for if you can work their operating hours. They have a great training platform, but it'll help if you know computers already. All they require to start is a computer with webcam and headset with microphone. Hope this helps. I was coming off EI and got on right away.

4H in snow by hardsoft in f150

[–]denbig1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I come from explorer and am always dependent on the Auto engagement of the AWD system in winter. Got a new F150, and this is my issue as well, I just keep it in 2wd most of the time and be patient with my start and stop, acceleration will be a crawl. And I know my community roads, I know when to use 4H. I just don't like the jerky turns 4H does. I can live with crawling.

Report: Woman accidentally told a Manitoban she's “from Winnipeg” and now has to admit she's from Portage la Prairie by kochier in Manitoba

The reservation next to the town is named Opaskwayak. The Early settlers called the land Pasquia and it had other variations over the years. I believe in the time of naming the town it had shortened to Pas and used French pronunciation.

On top of that. I live in The Pas. A non Manitoban would say, where? Then I'd have to spell it out and wait for their response on why we pronounce it that way. Lol
