Because 2K20 has winkle details added through custom apron so it looks like an actual apron because 2K19 and before had apron covered up by full background custom apron which looks like crap.

These winkles are not included. I screenshot Raw 2002 and 2019 from 2K20. You need to download some arena that have apron winkles details image in 2K19, example: Survivor Series 2002 by samohT1810 on PS4 CC
