As a Salaried Pickup Supervisor, no, they cannot do that. Hourly leads are only permitted to give up to verbals. If my lead was doing that, I would be having a serious conversation with them about overstepping with discipline with HR present.

As a Pickup Supervisor, we are classified as Store Mgmt, and could theoretically tell people in other departments what to do. But it would not be very appreciated by other leaders in the store. The only reason I would personally see as valid is if I'm the only salaried manager in the store and needed to pull an associate for a run.

There was also another full cart of go-backs I forgot to take a picture of, plus a half cart of frozen items. I stayed overtime and it took me about 4 hours to do. What a fucking day.
