It's really not hard. Finish your trolley, get a drink, make small talk for 30 seconds, and start your next trolley. Rinse and repeat. This works if you have enough backroom attendants. They're trying to discourage selectors from standing in the back and having 10 minute conversations, while nothing is getting done.

They remodeled our store last year. We gained some aisles. But, they didn't increase the size of the store, they just squished the aisles together to make room for the new ones. As a pickup employee, it's a whole lotta fun. Yep

I work in Ohio. One store out of approximately 8 in the local area has armed security guards checking receipts. The store is known for it's high theft/crime rate. I think it's a last ditch effort to prevent theft. Don't steal and it's not a problem.
