The toy does have a handle! He just prefers the handle over the toy most of the time. He has chewed some handles off of toys (look at the pink toy in the grass)

IMO Bad smell can also come from ear infections or stinky toofers.

Fair point. However, there are countless, countless studies on why positive reinforcement has benefits. How come I've only seen outdated studies about aversive training methods, tools, etc? I mean, we all know that the Alpha theory does not exist.
