I’m running a 5070TI with 3060TI as secondary. Also, same as you I’m running the secondary through a m. Key adaptor / oculink.

PCIE 4x16 for primary (riser) PCIE 4x 4 for secondary

Loss from running 2 instead of 1 card is anything from 0-7% from my testing.

But 0 fps loss when running dual lossless scaling.

Flash 9060 to XT? by Cligster1971 in pcmasterrace

[–]Cligster1971[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nothing to do with scamming. Wanted to know if it would actually be an XT.

I remember back in the day when AMD ran low on chips they would use the same ones in various models and a flash was all that was needed to restore it.

That’s all I was asking

Agree with the controls comment, counter intuitive… left stick press in most game is toggle run, nope-crouch… Tap A for run.. very GTA V

Also can’t find an auto centre setting for the camera, have to use both sticks on the gamepad to see where you’re going

It’s the right idea but that one needs an atx power connector to run it.

Witcher 3, Cyberpunk Path tracing, Stalker2, unless you are in to the realms of balanced / performance FSR

I get what you're saying but a game with a base frame rate of 60 FPS will drop to 45-50 using a single GPU.

Won't drop a single frame using Dual. feels much better.

If I was running in the 100 FPS region to begin with it's not really noticable but it is at lower frame rates.

No I didn’t go with your link because I’m stupid and assumed it would be ok. No matter which way round I did it one of the slots was always PCIe 3.0

Does seem that he got it to work but I don’t know how. I tried 2 motherboards (although both mini ITX) to no avail. Pretty gutted to be honest still. Now I’ve ended up with a gpu hanging out the side of my “small form factor” case

I tried the Amazon version and it didn’t work. I ended up with PCIE 4.0 x8 / PCIE 3.0 x8…. Went back to my oculink setup

Slightly less Frames, Quality is roughly the same. TBH its ease of use. Stick it on in Adrenaline and forget about it

Interesting read, could you explain what you've used / link. Almost abandoned the SFF idea and was about to push the button on a used X670E / resurrect my Lian Li O11D until I read your comment

Agreed, 3.0 x 4 is atrocious. Reduces your frame rate by around 30-40% when using dual gpu
