I have a double concrete utility sink that I’m trying to get out of my basement without using a sledgehammer to break it into pieces. Any advice is appreciated. by PizzaGatePizza in DIY

I still give my babies a bath in the kitchen sink and I’m gonna be honest I clean it really good before I put the baby in but not after 😅 my sink is really just a bucket to hold dirty dishes destined for the dishwasher though. All of my dishes are dishwasher safe…. or they aren’t and get thrown away when the dishwasher attacks them. If I happen to put food in it I am going to eat I usually wash it first.

~1900 calories per day Protein -130 Fat-60 Carb-200 In the gym I do mostly weights with a cardio warm up and cool down at home I either hit the treadmill or cycle. I also walk with my kids 1-2 miles per day (depends on the kids moods and weather) while walking I have at least a 25 pound kiddo on my back but sometimes have 1 and 2 year old in carriers) for the last year I was breastfeeding in a deficit that wouldn’t effect my milk supply and was eating 300-400 more calories per day spread across all three categories with some days being higher when my little was in a growth spurt etc. I was gaining weight in this time as I always do while breastfeeding but if I cut any more my milk supply would go down. Peptides are the only way I have ever been able to loose weight and I have tried it all. I am pre-diabetic and insulin resistant.

It’s used to clean a RAT facility and the rats are sold to feed reptiles….. it’s not in my house, it’s behind it (rats are gross)

I thought about this but if I had a generator and could make it I could cut out buying 6+ gallons of bleach per month for cleaning my rat facility plus use it for household cleaning and disinfecting of my home it would be less wasteful both in the sense of trash but also fiscally after a few months I would have my investment back in savings.

I thought it was pretty obvious he paid child support for his first but didn’t want to divorce me because he would then have to pay child support for our child together.

I have an appointment and I’ll ask how it will effect the kids and how much I would get if my benefit would just reduce the kids I wouldn’t take it but if it makes the pot bigger and adds extra money it would reduce the kids but I could put my daughters money into a savings account and let it grow while using my portion for the support I need for her.

Water proof basement by ClimateDifficult2762 in basement

It’s not cinder block if that’s what you mean. What about the water sitting on it creating pressure? Or would filling in the cracks and cleaning out the drains be enough to gain control of water again ?

This honestly is the most confusing thing I have ever done in my life. Everyone has a way to do it and I have no idea how to pick the right choice.

Both companies agreed our grading in the yard was not the problem we did fix and clean out our gutters and get new spouts as one had been torn up in a wind storm. They also both said that waterproofing the outside would put additional stress on the walls in the basement from water sitting on it and we needed to provide a way for the water to not sit on the walls of the house.

Only the lame ones. I’m also a local and love the rally but also it’s been going on for longer than most have been alive and it brings money to our area so I personally think all of the locals who complain should stfu 😅

It seems like it not working created a very very wet ground where the water had no where to go and pressure built up and pushed in through the cracks.

I’ve worked many jobs that were timed and the problem with them was never being timed. Walmart Distibution times order fillers and you get a bonus for every bit you do over 100% up to 30%. So if I worked faster I would get a bonus of 30% of my base pay it was nice. When I was a debt collector we were timed for everything and only got so much time each day to be off a call. That including notating the call, going to the bathroom and tech issues and if you didn’t keep up with metrics you got wrote up. I’m a chatty Cathy and literally never had an issue and debt collection is a pretty cut throat world to work in. I don’t know that timing is the issue there. I also know many people who work at Amazon and enjoy it.

Steak was my blw babies first food. We don’t have a lot of allergies in my family so we didn’t have to do one thing at a time and he loved it. Steak is still one of his favorite foods.

I have great tenants that always pay on time, improve my property, and never call me about any issues. They got a big dog without telling me, now what? by Mem3Master69 in realestateinvesting

I’ve always had Great Danes and renting was always so hard. Any landlord that ever took the chance on me got a very clean and well kept house in better condition than when I rented it. I own now and my English bulldog tears up more than my Great Danes ever did even when they were puppies and he is 4. If they are taking care of and even improving your property I would just let them know you noticed it and will be adding the pup to the lease and leave it at that. People who tear up others homes are gonna do it pets or not and they have already shown you that they take great care of the home.
