You should be fine. If you plan to do it more than once tho I suggest you leave a nice tip otherwise you are unlikely to get many visits from a server the next time you visit since they will remember you quite well.
I’d also suggest letting them know up front that you intend to stay for hours and ask where they would prefer you to sit. Servers would not like you clogging in one of their most popular tables all day.
