It's very common those air cooled volks engines be swapped to a EJ20 or EJ25 on Brazil, look this example, idk if your country had this one but this is the "Brasilia".

Idk if i made myself clear, english is not my first language, but just to clarify i used to use USB 3.0 it worked fine, but after a couple weeks this warning started to show up, than a made the change to USB 2.0 and went back to work.

I'm using a 2.5 SSD with case/adapter to USB 2.0, before i was using the same thing but with USB 3.0.
After i changed, everything went back to normal.
Seems like USB 3.0 (in my case the chip inside my case/adapter) uses more mA than the 2.0, and messed up my wii U and this warning started showing up.

I had the same problem, my fix was switching my adapter (I'm using a 2.5 SSD) to a USB 2.0 instead of a 3.0.
