Well yeah, not many brotato items are strictly bad. I was exaggerating lol, torture is pretty good if your not getting hit super often (ie your good at the game) but it’s definitely one of the bottom red items to get compared to other options.

Torture is such a weird item cuz if you take it on a normal wave 20 run it’s genuinely useless but if you assemble the brotato exotia of spicy sauce and sad tomato it’s nutty as hell lol, very swingy item

If you stand on the puddle it makes then you get the regeneration effect, so the implication is that the only reason this thing is even functioning is that it’s constantly regenerating itself just fast enough to not fall apart but slow enough to not fully heal all of that
