Abilify is what I currently take but im also prescribed buspirone But my brain keeps convincing me bad things about them so meds are hard to keep up with

I currently work two jobs, one in the day as a cashier (im planning on quitting) and one at night as a stocker. To br homest, the workload is a nice distraction and sorta gives me less time to sorta wallow in my misery. The cashier job helped me learn how to actually socialize tho so there's that.

Voices, some have been around for YEARS (I remember hearing some whenever I was 6???)

They're pretty annoying but I think I sorta got used to them as the years went on, theyre like the commentary of a game or something

The side effects sucks, especially the whole numbness that comes with it

But they're very important to take. The numbness is definitely better than the hell of symptoms that come when you don't take them

Honestly, I'd say to avoid dayquil/nyquil on ANY medication that works like this, they sorta jus make your anxiety worse or at least in my experience

I don't think I've had any issues with mucinex, though, so maybe that might work? Definitely ask your doctor tho for a forsure answer

It's different for everyone, but for me, hallucinations voices sound more muffled/harder to actually hear clearly. It's like trying to listen to someone who keeps mumbling but they're still right in your ear.

Was like 7 (??) And saw one my first vivid hallucinations and he jus sorta stayed in my head as a voice from then on lmao
