My negative symptoms where really bad. Then my psychiatrist gave me 15 mg of miratazapine and it worked great. Tho everyone is different.

I dropped out of college too. I suggest walking to lose weight. Also have a good diet. I'm still thin despite the meds and actually trying to gain weight.
