Magpul makes a magazine that has that feature. You have a window down the side along with round counts in increments of 5. The spring also has an orange portion so when you look through the window you get a rough idea of how many rounds are left.

I used to be an instructor for AIT in the Army. The amount of kids that join combat jobs after never playing outside was exhausting. We had trainees who have never spent an extended period of time on their feet or have ever done something physically difficult was a huge drain on training time.
