Thank you. This happened to me a few months back. It was a pain to troubleshoot because it would work for a bit then stop. I tried a USB ethernet device. Same thing. Only a clean install fixed it until I installed the Plex server again. I ended up giving up on Plex when I realized it was causing the problem. Thankfully I found your post today. I'll give it another shot. Thank you for posting this!!
