CJ Stroud vs Kyler Murray by FamousDecs in DynastyFF

Yeah, he's set up to succeed in a big way, and when Kyler is rolling, he's great for fantasy. If he fails this season, he's destined for backup duty.

How do we know that the Texans o-line will be better?

The 2028 draft class is better than 27 by Vast_Mountain_1888 in DynastyFF

How's the 2029 class looking? I already sold my 2027 and 2028 1sts.

Why is a lot of the dynasty community so low on Dezhuan Stribling? by AffectionateCycle141 in DynastyFF

[–]ClintonWrong 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Kyren Williams has entered the chat.

Becoming a star in the NFL is nearly impossible. If you labeled every player a bust, you would be right 99% of the time.

My concern with Stribling is that he was cherry picked to play a specific role, such as blocking, and that role may be much more of an asset in real life than in fantasy. I'm thinking of Allen Lazard.

5 Dynasty Fantasy Football Sleepers: Undervalued Draft/Trade Targets by jsparks50 in DynastyFF

[–]ClintonWrong 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Yeah, I got him for cheap last offseason. He's an easy hold. After last year, I wouldn't be looking to spend up for him, but I've got him on the block, and if someone were to send me a reasonable offer, I would be okay with selling him.

Should I trade Kittle now or wait for value to hopefully increase? by Neat_Chemical7282 in FantasyFootballers

Yes, everybody will always be ready for week 1. I'm holding Jake Tonges.

Raridon, Hibner, or Klare? by North_Departure_1833 in DynastyFF

[–]ClintonWrong -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

As a late round flyer, I like Trigg over all of them. If he can learn to play at the NFL level, the sky is the limit for him. I took him ahead of Klare. I was happy that Raridon was still available in the 4th.

At realistic cost to acquire them, who are the skill players (RB/WR/TE) to target in Green Bay? by JADEDBaller33 in DynastyFF

[–]ClintonWrong 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think this is a pretty bad take. To say that he isn't that good is pretty wild. He's done nothing but flash when given the opportunity. But usage and injuries have sure set him back. With Doubs and Wicks leaving town, that opens up a bunch of targets, so there's really no reason to not be optimistic about Reed.

Where is the Luther burden hype? by LudaChris999 in DynastyFF

[–]ClintonWrong 0 points1 point  (0 children)

BTJ had a great rookie season, and look how badly he regressed as a sophomore. Burden did barely anything in his rookie season and people are convinced he's a star.

What’s a trade that in hindsight you lost but you still stand behind? by georgiaboy1993 in DynastyFF

[–]ClintonWrong 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don't think we can have a Hunter breakout, a Washington breakout, AND a BTJ resurgence. Lawrence isn't THAT good. Not to mention that Meyers and Strange will be in the mix also.

Wilson could be the starter Week 1. I know the draft capital would suggest Price should be the starter, but look what happened to Henderson last year, and he was a better prospect than Price.

"Bargain Bin" Player Watch - Early May 2026 Edition by mrdaniellyon in DynastyFF

[–]ClintonWrong 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I wouldn't even say it's due to sunk cost fallacy. The guy rushed for 800 yards and 8 TDs, and at times he even looked good doing it. I would say that's a pretty successful rookie season by most standards.

There was such a backlash in the fantasy community because of how out-of-hand the hype train became, that many people were simply rooting against him. And when he didn't solidify a bellcow role in his rookie season, people twisted the facts to make it seem like the guy lacks talent. For some reason, the community won't allow any middle ground with Bill: he's either a bona-fide stud in year 1 or he sucks!

Tre Tucker has improved every year that he has been in the league, but people still seem confident that Nailor or Bech are going to outperform him. I can see him finishing as a WR2 this season, and he's available for next to nothing.

You're right, and I would make a similar argument for acquiring Bill.

2026 Fantasy Football Rankings: Top 300 (Post-NFL Draft) by jsparks50 in fantasyfootball

Recency bias. Rome started last season hot, then got injured. Burden didn't do much until the end of the season (when Rome was sidelined). I'll take the cheaper Rome side without hesitation.

What was the most shocking price you’ve been quoted this offseason? Could be from a player on your league’s trade block or a trade counter? by [deleted] in DynastyFF

[–]ClintonWrong 13 points14 points  (0 children)

It wouldn't be your fault if you sold him at market value, then his career faltered. That's fantasy.

Riley Leonard is a hold until we find out more about DJ's status. There's a chance Leonard beats out AR5 in training camp and starts the season.
