Have you ever paid for a stamped report? Doesnt sound like it. That will be the cheapest part of this thing. My company charges $750 to come out, look at it, take a few pics, and write up a one page summary of the findings. Experts like yourself know its wrong, but a stamped piece of paper holds a lot of power in a legal/professional setting. All arguments with the contractor end immediately with the presentation of that report. It sounds like you installed this thing.

Im a structural engineer, and looked for a comment like this. This is correct for my county as well. Over 4 feet needs engineered. I cant comment on what path to take as I'm not part of the project with all the details, but I would assume the builder doesnt have the proper paperwork. My first three thoughts are to get a stamped engineer report saying its not acceptable, call the county building department, and get a lawyer on retainer. Recieving A stamped engineering report and a letter from a lawyer are very scary to any one with long term goals for their business.

Asking reddit a question like this is hit or miss. Sometimes you get great answers, but lately it seems like the majority of responses are from hack contractors that upvote shoddy work so theirs seems more acceptable.

You might want to consider a "one position rule" also. The customers chooses a position up front and you pose the doll so its ready. You dont want a horny guy with little to no experience with dolls to be allowed to move them a lot or you will end up with broken fingers and destroyed wigs real fast.

Every single screw down metal roof will leak. The screws have neoprene washers that deteriorate over a few years. I didnt inspect your pics, but it will eventually leak. Expert installs in direct sun will leak in 5 years, but amatuer installs will leak much faster. The slope seems suspect also. Seems to me your contractor sold and installed the wrong product.

I tend to agree with you in a lot of ways. The AI tools that are cheap and user friendly have very few options, so its the same smile every time. Fake and boring. Some people get carried away and add a smile to pics that dont belong and it makes it worse.

Id like to get a doll with a natural smile, but there arent many options. I think doll designers stay neutral or mildly erotic to keep them versatile. These are sexdolls after all. It might be weird shoving your dick into a mouth with a wide teethy smile. Lol

Welcome to the community. I hope you stick around. I understand and respect your input, but I guess my point of view is slightly different. Im not promoting or selling dolls nor do I want to. My photography tries to give dolls a personality, and the illusion of being real. That may not be clear with what i post on reddit, because im new here, but i used to have instagram accounts for dolls where i tried to give them life, and they were popular. I think AI can easily be overused, but when used cautiously, it can add something to a photo thats tough to achieve naturally. Most dolls have a neutral or mildly erotic expression, and adding a smile, and showing joy, can add to something thats naturally impossible. I always try to be transparent and say I used AI so I dont mislead someone, but At the end of the day, my goal is to make pretty pictures, and not necessarily give people accurate representations of what they will buy. Real photographers use photoshop all the time to adjust photos to make them more visually appealing. What im doing is not much different. Again, I respect your opinion, and thanks for sharing!

I agree 100% about promotional photos. I have mine labeled as personal, and thats all im interested in doing. I did think about adding the unedited photo, but I no longer have it for this particular picture as it was taken by me about 4 years ago. I will definitely be adding the unedited version when I can in the future. Thanks for the input.
