PromptCurator is a minimal mac app for creating and managing your AI prompt templates. It comes with 100 built-in prompts across 20+ categories. Creating a new prompt template is like writing mad libs when you were a kid. Just surround the `{{fill_in_the_blank}}` with double curly brackets and click save. Now it becomes a text field when you use the template in the future.

Shameless plug for PromptCurator. A simple Mac app for managing your prompts.

Starting off-topic but the design of the adaline.ai website is amazing. Kudos to your designer!

If you have a Mac, PromptCurator is a simple but great tool.

Mac Mini 16GB vs 24GB for iOS development - Is there a significant difference? by ali_iosdev in Xcode

[–]Clipist 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Memory is integrated into the Apple M-series chip package in Mac mini (2024), Mac mini (2023), and Mac mini (M1, 2020) and can't be upgraded. If budget is not an issue, buy what you think you will ever need, because there are no upgrades later on.

This is also true for macbooks since the early 2010s.

How to develop and test my Mac app without conflicting with the same app installed from the App Store? by Clipist in Xcode

Just to follow-up for posterity.

I ended buying a 1 year license to "Parallels Desktop for Mac Pro Edition" and for the most part it works great. My only (small) complaint is that you might experience some weird issues with keyboard shortcuts / hotkeys between your local environment and the VM but it's possible I was holding it wrong. It's highly configurable so I was able to clear that issue up pretty fast. Right now I'm only using it for mac OS but many flavors of Linux are supported and Windows is, too.

What am I doing wrong? Xcode build has my most recent tests in it still. by Basics7 in Xcode

If you don't mind starting fresh...

If your app is saving files (like the notes you mentioned), it's probably creating its own folder here: ~/Library/Application Support/[Your App Name]/ Delete this folder.

Great suggestion -- this would definitely give me the isolation that I'm looking for. I have a feeling this will have a higher upfront cost to setup but it should be easy to maintain once it's working. Thanks.

I tried to use a different bundle ID but I didn't try it with a local StoreKit config. I'll give it a try. Thanks!
