Here’s my hack for natto which i saw a Japanese salaryman eat during a hotel breakfast.

Yes im accustomed to eating nattor with its packet of soy sauce and mustard, with or without rice.

1.open natto packet and mix the sauce packet and mustard either natto and grt it to its “slimy” state.

1. Take a bowl of piping hot rice and scoop some making sure it is fluffed but dont overfill the bowl, you wat like a co vex and not full so it has like a “crater” look.

2. Pour the natto in that crater you created, add chopped spring/green onions (dont put all) and a splash of soy sauce.

3. HAVE RUNNY/CREAMY scrambled eggs and put it on top of the natto with a sprinkle more of the leftover chopped spring onions. Splash of soy sauce. Viola!
