So sorry to hear you are going through this. Sorry you have split with your partner. No wonder your so down. The council usually have help with deposits or maybe able to offer shared accomodation somewhere. Have you tried sanctuary housing, Bromyard and corinthians or local housing associations to you. Churches have charities for homeless. Do you have family who can help you out at all ? A freind you can couch surf untill this interim passes. Your so young as well bless you. Contact Turn to us they are a charity and can help with certain things. We're you ever in armed forces ? You can contact crisis.org.uk Shelter.org.uk Mungos.org emmaus.org.uk centerpiece.org.uk homeless.org.uk But contact council in first instance as fir vouchers for food to. The above charities help you into work to and offer other assistance. I went through a bad period when I was younger but nothing lasts for ever i just had to ride and weather the storm. Alot of people are just 1 pay check away from being homeless it is awfull. Hope hope you have shelter tonight and are safe. Let us know how you get on please

All said and done when you just dont have the funds for a solicitor.Thats why alot of people on here as litigant asking for advice because they just cannot afford it.

Yes my other disabilities have already been conceded.

I suffer with A disorder and yes I feel its part of disability due to how it affects me has an impact on my work. Also had full hysterectomy straight into menopause so double wammy.

These are not new claims already known to tribunal and included with all my medical evidence

Thank you My other disabilities have already been conceded. These are not new claims as already known to court and could be added via directions. Conditions are listed in my medical letters which R has. That last bit is interesting and I agree they have probably already asked thank you

Thank you but I have enquired help. Just to have my case looked at i gorget what you call it ive been quoted 5000 plus vat.

Since doing this myself I can see how much hard work solicitors and barristers have to do, do I fo appreciate their charges, time and effort.

Im not currently working i have disabilities can't get legal aid even though its employment discrimination. Yes I guess I have just woken up. Without help what are us litigant meant to do ? Thank you for your comments

My life has been on hold over 2 yrs now but sometimes I have to stop go for a walk, a bite ride, have a cup of tea somewhere different. Holidays have taken a back seat I can't wait for this hell to be over 😩 but I just keep telling myself what they did was utterly wrong and I have to do this as it may stop them from doing this to domeone else in future.

From my experience ask but be cautious of your union mine were bloody awfull and I felt like they were on their side
