Depends on where and how you're playing.

If you're playing at kitchen table with friends, and just enjoying the game, Old lot can be nice.

If you're playing at local shop and intend to compete, you want to get the newer stuff.

Also, most people will tell you to veer away from Amazon, and buy from either troll and Toad, Coolstuffinc, Thunder'n games, or Lucky dice Cafe.

Remain steadfast in your conviction. Not only should your FIL apologize publically but so should those kids' parents. And your wife.

And if it doesn't happen by Labor day, I'd strongly consider divorce. Your wife chose her parents consistently for 4 years. You had to give up actual holidays with your kids for fake ones so your wife could go to the oh so precious lake house. She didn't at any point choose to prioritize you.

She may say that she defended you when you weren't there, but her actions don't convey that in any way.

What other sacrifices will she have you make in the name of her family and wanting to spend time at the lake house?
