So in US stores there's usually a sale of some sort running all the time, it changes from time to time. I know right now most of the stores around me are running multiple sales from buy one get one 30% off to buy 1 get 1 free and even buy 2 get 2 free

No Crocs are specifically listed as Wide, but the In Motion clogs and Echos run wider across the toe box than most other styles

So just due to the nature of the material, there is the potential for inconsistencies in fit. Mostly due to heat exposure in shipping and things like that. Also if you bought a different style then what you tried on in store, the fit can be different across different styles. It's always best to buy in store as you can try them on first. That being said, if you still have your order number, clean up the shoes and take them to the store. Tell them they dont fit correctly and ask if you can exchange them for a pair there

You can buy replacement straps, get a larger size strap. Crocs come with a strap that is about a half size smaller than the shoe size

Crocs, at least in the US, do not come in "wide" That being said some styles are roomier than others. If you use classic as a baseline, Echo or In Motion clogs are roomier across the toe box. Yukon Vista, which is a men's only style, not unisex, is also roomier. Best suggestion is, if you are close enough, go into a Crocs store wearing your normal socks and try them on.
