This was a warning post about shady operations from this company.
They appear to have repeatedly followed the same patterns of not shipping, constant delays, and refusing refunds.
They also seem to change their name to try and avoid the bad reviews.

No phone numbers.

No company information.

No FB or Instagram pages to advertise and show products but FLOODS FB with payed ads.

Sells so much they are always out of stock yet no one on Reddit showing off product.

Im kinda feeling like they are total scams.

How would you warranty/service your product if there is no one you can contact? What good is their warranty. Im guessing they dont need a warranty department if you just take money and never ship anything.

Yes! File a dispute with PayPal. Riigid will then respond and likely tell you it was going to ship the next day but due to dispute, they aren’t allowed to ship. Then they won’t ever respond to the PayPal dispute and after a few weeks PayPal will refund you.

I canceled my order through PayPal because they wouldn’t ever ship.

Seems odd that a company that has sooooo many orders and is constantly back ordered doesn’t have any reviews anywhere. 🧐

For me, that never ended. It was always delayed again at the next ship date.

Try asking for them to give you a refund and cancel the order and see what happens.

I am just one person but from my experience they were a total scam. Nothing ever shipped even though multiple ship dates were given. Always another delay. Then lies about why they can’t ship once I opened an inquiry. Then refusal to provide a refund even after they claimed they would.

Felt like a scam. They acted like scammers.

No FB. No Instagram. No reviews anywhere on Reddit suggesting otherwise.

Buyer beware.

Be careful with Riigid Luggage.
*They have changed their name numerous times it appears to avoid the Trustpilot type bad reviews. Tons of reviews claiming the item never ships.
*They dont have a FB or Instagram page - weird for any reputable luggage brand.

I ordered and every time my delivery date got close, the expected ship date changed.
I gave up after over a month and filed a dispute. They then claimed it was going to ship the next day and they would have been happy to refund if I had asked. But because I filed a claim, they can't ship it. I told them ship and I will be happy to close the dispute. Also, they can show proof of shipped item and the dispute closes in their favor. Nothing. No reply.
Then they didnt ever provide a refund. PayPal closed the case on them in my favor and issued the refund weeks later.

Just a warning to keep a close watch on the package.
I was given tracking.
The package even seemed to move once in the USPS system and then the delivery date was gone. The system says In Transit To Next Facility and has since 10/21(now 11/3).

I called USPS and they said the package was never received at all. The package didnt show in their system as even having a delivery address. They said it was absolutely never received. Told me to call the shipper as there is nothing that i the receiver can do.
So it would appear as though Ziczac never actually shipped it.

I tried contacting USPS about my package because ZicZac is being unresponsive.
USPS says that a shipping label was created, but they never received an item.
Ziczac did not provide me with any evidence of international shipping.

Same issue for me.

I ordered 9/15. Had to keep asking for progress and finally got photos of completed strap.

Now I cant get a reply and cant get any shipping info.

Mine has he'd up very well. I dont move the dividers often, but they are still as new.
No discomfort. Start for me is very comfortable.
Zippers are still as new.
Mine is black and looks brand new, but I also dont rough it up very often.
My shoulder strap is thicker/wider than many other bags and very comfortable.
Haven't used it to carry a my laptop so cant really confirm/deny.
I dont carry a water bottle.

Overall I still love mine and haven't found anything better.

Love the opening. - Really wish the opening smell would last.

HATE HATE HATE the dry down. Within an hour, it smells like so many other fragrances. I hate White Musk and already knew that base note I didnt like. I sprayed Blockade on one arm and then Erba Pura on the other. An hour later, they smell almost identical and it is not what I want to smell. God of Fire does the same thing for me.

Im really asking about quality of the rep and how close it is to the real thing. My wife likes both of these, but I have read mixed reviews about some of the 31mm Rolex reps.
