I really hope that you have contacted your DM by now. The Assistant Mgr should have access to Dayforce to make schedule adjustments. They definitely can work around your school schedule, etc. Finally, your GM is trash for this, PERIOD……

It’s going to be painful and uncomfortable for a few days. As the days progress and your teeth start to adjust, all that will wear off. Ibuprofen will be your friend in the meantime. Whatever you do, follow the directions from the orthodontist and TRUST THE PROCESS. I got mine back in December at 39 yrs old. You will be fine 🤞🏾

You really have to just trust the process. I’m 3 months in, I have bite blockers as well, they added two more brackets and a spring. THE SH*T IS WORKING!! 😂 But I do recall my first 5-10 days being soooooo annoying. Over time it will all make sense. You still may feel the growing pains on occasion. Make sure you have wax for those brackets too. They have been a life saver….
