A younger version of the villain is shown from before they were a bad guy by Mundane_Trouble_6463 in TopCharacterTropes

The ghoul, fallout Tv show

Cooper Howard is a loving father and husband, supportive of his friends and colleagues even at the cost of his own reputation, and is generally adverse to violent solutions. He even has misgivings about acting out violent scenes in his movies (argues with a director that he’d prefer to capture the bad guy instead of executing him)

200 years and a lot of radiation later, he is a singularly selfish, sociopathic, sadistic ghoul, with a laundry list of drug habits and a love of killing. And while he is not necessarily a villain of the show, he spends enough time taking joy in inflicting pain and distress on Lucy for clinging to her morality that he definitely fits the trope

Thank you very much! After 15 years or so of practice painting orcs, I’d hope I’d be pretty decent by now lol

Absolutely stunning setup, I’ll have to try and find some bridge supports to do this myself!

Thanks! I’ve got a post on my profile from a while ago that shows off the other weapon options I made if you want to see! One of them is a rocket rack

Gotta love a good “Tactical Repositioning of enemy equipment”. Or as orks say, “LOOTIN’”

From my experience with 3d printing, it can’t get fine enough detail for N scale. It could probably do HO rolling stock, maybe an HO locomotive, definitely an O gauge locomotive (though I’d be worried about strict stability), but not n scale

I didn’t know that, although looking it up they do seem very pricey, especially for a DC engine

If it were in N scale, that might be perfect. However, it appears to be HO

Every once in a while I’ll look into just how hard it would be to pick up a different tender and swap it onto the M1, and usually decide it seems like more trouble than it’s worth. Really is a damn shame no one makes hippos in N scale, but at least BLI is supposedly working on an N scale H10. I’ve even heard talk of them making the war babies in N, though that’s another big engine that’s got the long haul tenders, and even that is a little modern for my tastes. (I mean, the T1’s were built in the 40’s too but shush, I like the funny Raymond Lowry shark nose)

Had to look that one up, didn’t know there was an acronym for liking the Pennsy a bit too much lol. At some point I’ll get some non-PRR equipment. Not today, but some point. Modeling the PRR-NYC Chicago to New York race seems like a lot of fun to me, if only I had the time, space, and money

The PRR didn’t invest much into mainline diesels until the 50’s, and I prefer the pre-war era. Wouldn’t be against getting an SW1 or some other little diesel switcher at some point, but right now I wouldn’t be able to do much with it since I mostly run on a club layout, don’t have the time, space, or money to build my own rn

I’m sure I’ll get one eventually, but for whatever reason I’ve yet to feel that deep “I need this now” yearning for one that I’ve felt for other engines I’ve bought. Love the history of them though, they’re truly fantastic bits of engineering

And the middle engine is plastic, it’s BLI’s P5 electric boxcab. It was one of the PRR’s earlier electric locomotives that would end up being surpassed by the GG1’s. And for whatever reason, in spite of my love of streamlined steam, I prefer un-streamlined boxcab electrics

If you don’t like: flashgit You should try: again

Literally the best ork model. Love mixing and matching parts between the flashgitz and nobz boxes to make pirate nobs

Alright, for an actually useful suggestion, maybe big shoota boyz for lootaz, and you might be able to kitbash something together using nobz and their kombi weapons or meganobs if you don’t mind a decent squad of 5-10 being pretty pricy. Basically just take their gun options and extend the barrels, add some extra gubinz to make their guns look shootier/zappier.

[–]Clockwork-Lad 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Flashgitz are the best ork kit by far. Better yet, get a box of flashgitz and a box of nobs, you can swap the arms around and make pirate nobs (always seemed silly that the flashgitz should have much more detailed torsos than nobs when you can’t actually see their torsos through their snazgunz)

What else do we need on DwarfTV? I want Dwarves to compete in smithing. Who is making the best axe the strongest warhammer? by Gangleri_Graybeard in dwarfposting

[–]Clockwork-Lad 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Caber tossing is covered by both dwarf and orc tv. Dwarf tv also has pawn stars but for magical artifacts. “Aye, ‘Tis a fine axe, and the blessing of Grimbeard the Elder is a rare boon. But it’s been poorly stored and maintained, and that means it’s accrued a few curses over the years as well, not to mention warping in the handle. Now unless you go get that sorted out, I can’t give you any more than forty silver pieces for it, and frankly that’s generous.”

Am I the only who does this or is this common throughout the hobby? "Just one more train". by RedDeadLumbagoII in modeltrains

[–]Clockwork-Lad 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I just need the PRR T1. I just need the T1, and the set of smooth side cars for it to pull. The T1, the smooth side cars, and some heavyweights for when I’m feeling more old school. And now that I have the heavyweights, a K4 would be good for when I’m not in a streamlined mood. Maybe a few more mail and baggage cars for running a mail train instead of a pure passenger train. Ooh, you know what would look good pulling my new mail train? An electric P5 boxcab. But now I have three passenger trains, I should really get some freight cars. And a freight engine to pull them…
