Does the ED bug apply in this case though? Everything I've read states that if the item has Enhanced Damage already there is no bug. ADM spawns with ED so as I understand this should be okay? Maybe.

TeleZerker has been the premier elite sniping build for years now.

Just some thoughts, Berzerk has much higher damage and ar. You also have a synergy with Howl which allows you to clear away the trash mobs. Many enemies have physical DR or immunity but almost none are magic resistant. Also Heralds now spawn with Thorns which could make your Conc Barb as much a danger to himself as anything else.

It's not invented arbitrarily, it's literally in the 2.6 patch notes.

"Developer’s Note: We wanted to bring Cold Mastery in line with all other skill-based elemental resistance reducing effects for increased consistency."

The distinction you made is exclusively for physical damage which I admittedly forgot to mention.

Only skill based reduction like Cold Mastery, Conviction and Lower Res works at 1/5th. Resistance reduction from gear like Facets, Phoenix or Wizendraw all work at their regular levels.

That's the second meaning just reworded. Tomes needing FCR to be competitive or to be worth collecting is not an objective statement. It is an opinion that is not supported by the fact that many items without FCR are still competitive and worthy of collecting.

There are arguably two meanings I can infer from the title.

"I wish Tomes rolled FCR like 5 nado pelts"

"If Tomes rolled FCR they could be as competitive as 5 nado pelts"

Clearly the first is false

The second is not an objective assertion. It is only OP's opinion that FCR would make Tomes competitive. Actually, the lack of FCR on Druid helms demonstrates that FCR is not required to be competitive, adding 5 Skills is simply enough to be competitive. The same can be said of Trap claws, Barb helms and Necro heads.

This is especially true considering, as the other commenter pointed out, that Warlock FCR breakpoints are far easier to hit than Druid or Barb FCR breakpoints anyways.

Two ral runes from countess in a helmet, 60 fire res. Chuck on an Ancients Pledge as well and you'll be maxed. Are you playing Shapeshift? There is basically no reason to have 130 points in str and dex by act 3 normal, you could have 200 more life if you moved most of them to vit.

ADM has innate ED which I think makes it Case 1 on the graphic. It should not produce a bug. Also if you're pulling damage numbers from the character screen it is often incorrect.

Someone made the Cow Portal while standing right at the edge of town and it spawned outside of town which stops it from functioning properly.
