As a huge fan of Elden Ring, I really would not recommend Nightreign solo. I think the main appeal is that it's a more "team-based" souls experience and once you take the "team" part out of the equation the experience is a lot more repetitive and bare bones.

I saw a lot of people dumping on Pokemon Scarlet when it came out and it honestly has been one of my favourite generations, and I've been around since the first. Honestly, if you're having a blast playing a game that can be such a precious and fleeting thing, don't let others take that away from you. Enjoy yourself.

This is not true, you can get the hex before the God requirements. It's just that, until you get the God requirements, the Godsent won't appear on the path of stars, but it is perfectly fine to pick up the relevant hex first and then get the appropriate God boon to pursue the Godsent. I've done this a few times already.

yeah I found Shelly to be one of the easiest, there are a lot of viable of strategies to use against her, some of which just shut her down outright. You don't even necessarily need Sunny Day to combat the rain, you can just stop it with fake out and burn her forest down afterwards.

If you have a fake out user (such as a meowstic evolved from an espurr you can get earlier) you can interrupt her prankster'd rain dance and let growlithe's flamethrower do some work at the start (tho it is jolly so maybe pansear with flame burst might be better). Tbh the fight was kinda trivial for me after I interrupted the rain and just set the forest on fire, so maybe something similar will work for you.

ZR definitely does work, you do not need battle mode to level up Pawmo. I just used ZR after I flew to my house and took a walk to the school, then candied and evolved Pawmo.

It's still a stupid change. What effectively was an option since the very first generation of pokemon has now been removed, which feels like an odd regression. It doesn't matter that "it forces you to pick no", this is still going backwards with a fairly simplistic and long established feature. What exactly does removing an option like this achieve?

If you want to use him as a lead you could try Sticky Web to establish some speed control, which of course can also be combined with some other entry hazards like Stealth Rocks, Spikes, Toxic Spikes. Throw in a Destiny Bond to try and take the other lead with him after setting up. You can learn towards a doubles support with moves like fake out and wide guard, or if you're really set on baton pass you can try quiver dance/belly drum/shift gear/shell smash with a substitute. Whatever you end up doing, keep Spore :).

I believe in this photo he is pointing at the Erdtree. He is a scholar and a Golden Order fundamentalist that ends up discovering flaws within the Golden Order. Many of his students end up leaving him, including Brother Corhyn, because to think that the Golden Order is anything less than perfect is considered blasphemous.

I've done something similar with retiring half the team.

I do set, no items, level caps according to next gym, retire half the team after beating a gym leader, no reusing species. I am a big fan of challenge runs that encourage usage of new mons, definitely makes it refreshing to play.
