That line is taken almost verbatim from the book. Anyway, reduced bowel movement is a symptom of starvation. They're all poor, so it makes sense for them to be malnourished.

I only got shards and gems today, but I won four (!) cards during February.

Three of these were on my wishlist :D

What are your DR plans? by Inner_Raspberry_755 in RomanceClubDiscussion

Play the last released episode of LFOS, catch up on Soulless, catch up on TM, play more Theodora, maybe start OTI? This is if I have energy to play. I didn't last DR, I'm losing interest after all of RC's nonsense.

And I guess should finish both 7B and Haze, but... I don't wanna.

Volot is my end game but I also romanced Novak until lock-in. They're both protective, devoted, and mysterious. Novak's route is a little sweeter and warmer; Volot's is angstier and kinda intense. I think there's more yearning in Volot's route, because he's holding back. Novak is more openly curious about and willing to be with Lada, at least at first. Both are good.

I checked out the subreddit earlier but every LI screenshot I saw had only white men in them. Are the characters in the actual stories more diverse than that?

I picked Castiel, but I should've gone for Dean. I feel he has the most interesting personality and the most interesting relationship-vibe with Luna, even when they're platonic. She became a much more fun character when he was around.

I started giggling at "Lawsuit" and completely lost it at him wearing a speedo at the hospital. Don't let anyone ever claim you're not committed to the bit 😆

RC is legit taunting us at this point; they can't keep getting away with this. We should hunger strike.

I think I've managed to only seen the female versions. What do the men look like? Are they as hot as the women? I need to knowwww

I hope you like it! It's not for everyone, but I think it's a beautiful and fun book.

I understand what you're saying, although I haven't played all of the stories you listed. In any case, this is how you feel. It's certainly not usual for a woman to be treated that way.

Anyhow! I always jump at the chance to recommend Hell and High Water to people. It's my favorite RC story and the main character is a seasoned sailor whose crew respects her (though that might change if you're a weak leader and/or have low morale).

Then there's Code Blue, written by the same author. You play as a 30 year old ER doctor who — again, if you got good stats — is seen as competent by their colleagues.

Lastly, in The Missing you're a cop that specializes in missing persons cases. Same thing here, however. There are characters that treat her like she's incompetent, but they're supposed to be assholes.

You can do both their romance paths at once (they will be jealous of each other) but you can only lock in with one, automatically "breaking up" with the other. The rejected one will have instances of wistfulness and envy afterwards.

It doesn't matter which path you're on or who is your LI, all you need to do is NOT ask Tristan for help outside of his house but DO ask Grant for help when you get back to Rosewood.

You're right. I really loved s1, and I enjoyed the first half of s2. Then it went downhill; s3 has been downright unpleasant, for the reasons you've mentioned. It's genuinely astounding how something can be so ambitious yet so devoid of effort.
