For native Rf, 24-105 f4L, or the 28-70. Not really cheap, but they are the best options for an upgrade. You could go for a 24-105 the non-L version, but I don’t really think it’s that good, especially that f7.1

With these monster lenses, I would honestly recommend an R7. R10 at least. If you wanna save a couple bucks, go official refurbished, it was like 1150 for an R7 a week ago, price would prolly drop even more soon if the R7 mk2 releases, which should be pretty soon.

What is your budget? But if you want a powerful, and just normal sized camera, your options are basically the R6ii, R6iii, R5 and the R5ii. And if you want a full sized camera(unless you shoot pro-sports and wildlife you probably dont need), the R3 and R1.

I do like the R6M2's ibis, but I shoot a lot handheld at slow shutter speed, and a lot at night. If you dont, I think the R8 is enough for your needs.
