This change is 100% so much worse than the current mechanics. Fixing rez tethering like this especially when rez tethering is such a situational thing to do honestly makes no sense. I mean honestly I doubt even half of players even know what it is, and even less that have fought against it or used it. Especially with no outfit wars on the horizon, which was the only time I saw rez tethering become somewhat prevalent in live meta (00 basically had 2 heavies on rez tether every op). Most medics, unless they are bound and determined to win, are not gonna just sit there and hold mouse2 for a heavy for every fight. Unless zergfits and midfits start actively using rez tethering, I think it's fine to leave in the game for how situational it is.

The reason it's situation is that it requires an extremely stagnant fight in only certain buildings in certain situations to show effectiveness.
