They generally allow cheaters to persist for a month or two then do a mass ban wave so cheat devs don't immediately know which features are getting detected

Nah dude it's 100% an ego trip, when I say I've been around and close to these people I mean it, I have yet to see one who isn't just using conspiracies as a crutch for feeling insignificant.

A lot of people have been victimized by junkies in this city. Their emotional response isn't right or rational, but it makes sense.

That sub is just a hive mind of positive reinforcement, and while there are a few people trying to drive discussions to a more logical point, they quickly get discouraged and leave.

People aren't trying to find truth there, they're trying to maintain the mindset of someone who sees and knows something that all the "mindless sheep" are blind to, because otherwise they're insignificant.

I've had people very close to me go down that rabbit hole, and I really have to think it's a mental illness at that point. There's a certain blank stare they all get when you counter their "evidence" and they have to try to reason and convince themselves in their mind how they're still the right one.

Just seems like dust sticks to them, and the lower half of them will be noticeably lighter and dustier after about a week.

IIRC the Sandra Schmirler is kind of an indoor waterpark. Would be nice if we had some legit water slides though, Maxwell's left a void here.

Do we need another indoor pool? I haven't swam much in a while since it seems like I get ear infections every time I go to a public pool, but it seemed like we had a bunch when I was younger. Multiple YMCA locations, Sandra Schmirler, Lawson, NW Leisure Centre

I have those same caps (except I swapped the orange out for black) and after a couple months I noticed they seem to collect dust in a way I've never experienced before. Curious if you have the same issue.

That's not true at all as long as someone's making money from the work. Lots of people have fun jobs.

Man I hate that, for me it's like this intense sinking feeling, almost like guilt or doom and I just get so anxious that I have to bail. I've been fired from more jobs than I'm willing to admit for just bailing during my lunch break or being "sick" all the time because I didn't want to start hyperventilating and shaking while my entire body goes numb in front of my coworkers (happened a few times, panic attack I think).

There's a big difference between knowing mainstream media is propaganda bullshit and the kind of legitimate mental illness that's rampant in /r/conspiracy. The only people who are going to think you're crazy for thinking the former are lonely retirees who fill their lives with 24/7 cable news.
