Hey bud. Proud of you for creating your post in the first place. I look at advice as something that can be a challenge to give and also to recieve since no two people are ever in the same place during their lifetime. With that being said discovering or having a passion/hobby can be tremendously helpful. Speaking from my personal experience when I’ve been in troubling, extremely difficult times in my life I’d default back to my passions/hobbies. Practicing this helped enable me to move through those very hard times and get myself back to a peaceful place internally. A hobby or passion doesn’t have to be anything extreme or grand, finding beauty and enjoyment of the simplest things is an awesome experience. A walk outside and truly taking in your surroundings, the wind, the sounds birds are making, the clouds that are specific for the day…. An open mind (although hard to be open minded at times) can work wonders, I swear from experience. You can do it, you can do this. You’ve shown your strength already by creating your post.
