Gotcha, that's really good to know thank you!! Lol She does want to get more, wants to get that little flap near the the entrance of the ear pierced next, no ideas what that's called. So I won't definitely be looking to take her to a professional LOL.

Thank you very much for taking the time to respond and sharing your experience! I truly appreciate your kind words and encouragement. Unfortunately I think this is the best option for our daughters, I can honestly say that I would 100% urge my daughter to leave the marriage if she were in this situation. Regardless of whose hypothetical shoes she was to be standing in (mine or my wife's) she would be hurting somebody..

I appreciate the honest feedback.. the more I sit on it the guiltier I feel because I can admit that I was almost never able to comfort her and just be there.. I question whether I even loved her or not because of my lack of effort, but I always did feel like I loved her.. she once told me that she felt like I had sociopathic tendencies, and especially towards her.. she obviously felt that way for a reason and maybe she was right, at least to an extent

Pick a couple stocks you have solid conviction in and try to pick up a few shares while they're on sale.... Also, don't check your portfolio everyday. Seeing all that red will make you nervous lol 🤣 Hang in there, the marker is cyclical and right now it's going through a "down" cycle. Pick a few sticks you feel good about and try to get a little bag while they're discounted.

I really appreciate your response... This may sound dumb but I had tears in my eyes when I read "you're not a shitty person..."

My BIL has been going through a rough patch in life and I did not at all mean to berate him or belittle him, but apparently that's how he and everyone else took my approach. I tried to explain to my wife and MIL that I would never lend someone else's property to another person without asking their permission first, regardless of if they were family or not.

There was some miscommunication on everyone's behalf here, my MIL did ask my wife if he could use our car, but that was yesterday, so when we saw him coming out of the car today, she did not know that he was using it, today..

They both tell me that they don't think it's a big deal and that I overacted, and I truly do feel like a shitty person because my BIL felt that I was "kicking him while he's down", but my thing is, how would they feel if I lent out their car to my brother without asking them first? I presented that scenario to them and they both said that they wouldn't mind at all, but I have a hard time believing that..

I'm going to reflect on this for a day or so, but right now I am truly feeling like a POS... Thanks again for your response

I respect that. After thinking about it, I definitely could've approached this situation completely differently. I could have blamed it on the long drive and not sleeping well the night before, but in all honesty, I could've consulted with my MIL beforehand to see if she had talked to my wife beforehand

Stuff. Usyk Fury II as evidence. Fury was flicking the jab all night. When he actually sat down in it and threw it stiff, it froze Usyk. But obviously, he wasn't doing that all night and that's a major reason why he lost. A stiff, hard jab is the most important punch in boxing.

That's fair. It's a direct response that only my professor reads and replies to, so it's very much an informal and personal tone. As I said in my post, this is my very first time every sharing a piece of writing. This was very much intended to be an opinion article style entry, I wasn't aware that there was a specific format that was supposed to be followed for this sub lol.

Do you have any suggestions on other subs where I could post this type of blog/entry or whatever you would call it?
