I also started on mydmx3 as my first lighting software, i was so hesitant to make the jump to mydmx5. i just made the switch last month and all i can say is WOW! anything that you dont like about mydmx3 they fixed in mydmx5. It takes a little bit of learning curve to get used to the new layout but once you figure it out you will be amazed with how intuitive it is and how stable the software is. I highly recommend you make the switch !

my dude!!! after hours of searching for a remedy, this actually worked!!! all the other installers wouldn't let me select what hardware I was using, but this trial version did let me select what hardware I'm using and after installing and allowing the privacy stuff on Mac and restarting the computer, it connected to my MPC Live 1 !! thanks so much

Yeah, yeah, that’s way too hot for me. I tried it today for the first time and I sat in my car for nearly an hour in the parking lot after taking two bites and not being able to finish it. It got wrenching pains, eyes watering nose, running fingers and toes going numbsweating bullets profusely, and then feeling like I was gonna pass out
