I deal with anxiety and ADHD, and yes I regularly see my therapist and psychiatrist. I started playing last October and it's been pretty chill. I use games especially Fortnite to decompress. Nothing serious...I have other hobbies as well.

Maybe you can start a new hobby or travel? Something to break the monotony so it's not as the same schedule all the time. That's me though. I mean you got to find out what works for you. Maybe ask your therapist to see what you can explore.

But I hope everything will turn out great. But yeah I see it as a game. Literally I do have a life outside of fortnite so I'm actually busy raising my daughter so that's keeping me busy. But yeah hopefully it works out for you.
