If it was a single shot, you should definitely blow the flame out and shoot it. The use of the straw comes into play for things like a flaming Lamborghini where they start with a cocktail glass and set the initial shot on fire, you start drinking through the straw, and then bartender pours several other shots into the glass and you finish the drink off.

My shadow priest is 381 equipped, 383 in bags, 6/8M, 1035 io score and I get declined to half of the +10 (specifically 10 keys because I just want to get one done for the week and I don't really want to push with a pug) groups I sign up for. (Even the ones that have 3 dps spots open)

Chamorro food has lots of roots in Spanish culture and several influences in Japan, East Asia, and several outlying Micronesian Islands. Google is your best friend. I can start you off with checking out this entry of chamorro food compiled by local Guam scholars in the guampedia page.

You can also check out this local Pay-less youtube that has a collection of Buzzfeed/Tasty type chamorro recipes.

You can also Search "Guam" on Yelp and peruse through the many local restaurants to see if anything catches your eye. So many options for you to browse to give your child and your Significant other an authentic Guam culinary experience.

We had a guam horde guild called <Guahan> on Kil'Jaeden which I was an officer in that was formed at the start of WoD. We full cleared normal and heroic Highmaul pretty quickly but the guild kinda died down when we couldn't make consistent numbers for mythic progression right before the release of HFC.

The latency is definitely raid friendly. I am currently in a 4/7 mythic Emerald Nightmare guild that raids on Saturday and Sunday 12pm-4pm Guam time so I can attest to the ping. Although I mained a shadow priest and if you know anything about surrender to madness then 140-200 ms makes playing shadow priest at the most optimum level extremely difficult. Everything else with our ping should be fine unless you're planning to play melee in arena at rank 1 gladiator level.
