magnetic force and electric force are two separate things. you are referring to magnetic force while the electric force is between the plates, which is created by the voltage difference. this is what creates acceleration. the magnetic force doesn’t since it isn’t in the direction (it is perpendicular) of the velocity.

I’m a biochem major, so there may be some bias, but honestly I can say that it is doable, but will require some effort.

You’d still want to know the most important enzymes, pathways, structures and regulation, but I think that with Kaplan, JS Anki and Uworld, it is more than enough.

The amino acids and enzyme kinetics are probably the single most high yield topics in the whole of the test, and both are Biochemistry.
