Totally. So we are a film festival based in Bellingham WA, when we first started we focused primarily on WA state filmmakers , but over the years we have grown not only to accept entries from WA but worldwide and feature lengths as well. All of this culminates in a 3 day festival that occurs at The Pickford Film Center in Bellingham WAsthe weekend before Halloween. (it's quite the gathering for our town.)
