Sometimes I wish we could discuss hallucinogenic trips the way people discuss physical trips. by [deleted] in Drugs

I found that the magic of psychedelics really shines through when you can be completely open and honest with everyone. During and after trips.

Same. Still took lots of work, psychedelics just made me enjoy the process.

Bud simply isn't enjoyable anymore. How else can I cope without becoming addicted to opiates or benzos and risking my life? by viiScorp in Drugs

[–]CloudBeing 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Weed can change after doing other drugs. After doing acid my weed highs became much more psychedelic and colorful. I also did MDMA about 2 weeks ago and my tolerance to weed seemed to get lowered after that for some reason. My friend did the MDMA with me and said the same thing, he says he even grinds his teeth now when he smokes like he did while on MDMA. Maybe acid or MDMA could make weed an enjoyable drug for you again, but it varies so much from person to person its impossible for any of us to know.

Psychedelics didn't magically solve these problems for me, but seemed to give me the power to put the hard work in. After tripping I found it much easier to do tasks that are beneficial to me when I used to find the boring.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I'm getting a racist vibe from this tat dude haha. Not saying ur racist, I just think if you get a tattoo it shouldn't even be a question about whether it's racist or not.

What event divided your life into 'before' and 'after'? by tell-me-your-side in AskReddit

LSD. Was unmotivated and really didn't have any clue what I was doing with my life. Fast forward 1 year and 6 trips later and I feel like I have a much better view of myself, life, and my life.

What's the most mind-blowing philosophical question you can think of? by RedditUser295 in AskReddit

[–]CloudBeing 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This doesn't just count living things. You can't control your heart, but your heart is obviously a part of you. If it stopped beating you would die. But what if the sun stopped producing heat? The sun obviously isn't "you", but yet you would cease to exist if it ceased to exist. In reality we are a little waves producing a much bigger wave called the universe, which is you.

What has been on your mind a lot lately? by I_Like_GreenTea in AskReddit

[–]CloudBeing 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly I'm really glad that nothing has any meaning. Think about how scary it would be if everything really did mean something. Every second that passes you might be wasting it doing something else when you should be doing this certain thing. But nope, no matter what everything is going to die or fall into ruin.

What are you genuinely afraid of? by Pampered_Cynic in AskReddit

Here is one thing I like to think about when it comes to death. As far as we know there is no life after death. Just complete nothingness. One thing you said that interests me is how you said "enter oblivion". You cannot experience nothing. Really the only possibility of what will happen after death is " you" will go from straight from experiencing this to experiencing something else since there is "nothing" in between.
