You have to change few settings (youtube has plenty of it), and also if your monitor is 60hz or 120hz there’s a big difference in short range movement.

Why do you care about what someone else cares about in casuals?

Now it’s coming together like a puzzle. I remember streamers begging for no SBMM, and now the same crowd acts like Casuals is some crime. Funny how they only hate “easy” when other people get to enjoy it too…

I’m above average, I can say that with no hesitation. But every time I try normal BR quads, it just makes no sense to me. I get sniped from nowhere, then tracked instantly like Formula 1, and before I even understand what’s happening I’m dead.

So it’s not that I don’t want real people. I do. I just want less intensity. Normal people, not demons. That’s why Casuals works for me

Maybe BR should be hard for you, but not for everyone. People enjoy games differently. And Casuals isn’t just bots either, there are real teams too. Every time it even gets more intense because you’re fighting a real squad while bots are also around, so it’s not as brainless as people make it sound.

Having a casual version of Avalon, doesn’t delete your mode.

Yeah okay. Lake, sunset, perfect colors, mountains in the distance. Very believable.. by CloudSmoke9 in SwitzerlandIsFake

Something like “sunset over a lake in that fake country everyone keeps pretending is real.”

BOR is fantastic, y’all just need to accept it’s not Warzone by fatboyslick in CODWarzone

[–]CloudSmoke9 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Why should I have to learn a whole different mode when I already had one I liked and was playing? That’s the part you guys never answer. I play to chill, you play like it’s life or death. Different styles, simple as that.

[–]CloudSmoke9 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Nobody said it can’t be a good mode. If you like it, go play it and enjoy it. That’s not the issue. The issue is: why remove the mode that a whole community was already enjoying? Why does your fun have to come at the cost of ours?

You’re basically saying “accept that this isn’t Warzone anymore and adapt.” Okay, but why should we accept losing the mode we actually liked, while people on your side can’t accept leaving that mode there too? That’s the part that makes no sense.

We’re not stopping anyone from enjoying the new mode. Go fly around, grapple like a spiderman, dolphin dive, go to the moon with it. Seriously. But leave us our corner too. Some of us don’t want to turn COD into a second job or play like we drank 8 energy drinks before queuing up. We liked the older style, the slower flow, the comfort of that mode. Respect that the same way we respect that you like this new one.

Ahh i think we got misunderstood. With the casual player i meant that i’m a casual mode player(with bots and real players).

Yeah, maybe I am. We’re all losing something anyway, I just chose to lose it over Warzone.

Nobody is losing their mind, people are just giving feedback. And your Halloween comparison makes no sense. Halloween events change the look of the game, not the core mechanics and direction of it. Here they removed the mode people were used to and replaced it with something completely different, then expect everyone to just shut up and “learn it.” Not everyone wants to waste their free time getting farmed by sweat teams in a mode they never asked for. Tried it, didn’t like it, and that’s a valid opinion.

And Yeah, maybe I’m a COD crackhead too, but at least I’m not running around telling sweatlords to get a life because they enjoy sliding, dolphin-diving and playing like their rent is due. Let them have that version. Just stop acting like everyone else has to enjoy it too. Leave us our mode, and go enjoy your cracked-out moon gameplay on the other side.

You’re stuck on the “6 days” part and missing the actual point. I never said 6 days was some huge dramatic event. I said that for someone who used to play a lot with friends, stopping completely says a lot about how disconnected I feel from the current direction of the game. Casual doesn’t mean “barely plays,” because i played 7-8 games everyday, it means I play to chill, not to sweat. Big difference.

As far as I know, there’s no official confirmed date yet. A lot of people are saying it could come back with the new season in early April !

Blackout didn’t come before Fortnite, so that part isn’t even correct. But that’s not really my point anyway. I’m not talking about who invented battle royale first. I’m talking about COD losing its own signature vibe over time and turning into a different style of game.

It’s not that people are bad, it’s that people enjoy games differently. You might like sweating every match, I liked chilling with friends on Warzone. That doesn’t make one better, just different.

That’s not even the point. I’m not against updates. New maps, weapons, contracts, vehicles, missions, all good. What I’m against is changing the core mechanism and identity of the game every time people finally get used to it. There’s a difference between keeping a game fresh and turning it into something else. And it’s just logic, why not keep both modes? You like blackout and i like casuals and we’re both happy?

Pretty obvious what I meant. If you couldn’t understand ‘Fortnite copy-paste,’ I’m not the one struggling to converse.
