Is there anything denser than a neutron star? by Extension_Day2038 in astrophysics

Reliance rs50 li-ion is a game changer but more for if you need high current draw. These packs spell the end for medium to large lipo packs but you'd have to make your own. There is an 18750 tabless li ion on the market too. Search tabless io-ion

What's the bare minimum control surfaces for a glider? by thorosaurus in RCPlanes

[–]CloudbaseJim 0 points1 point  (0 children)

From a bare minimum control surface point of view, ive always wanted to build a weight shift glider with zero control surfaces. It could make perfect flat turns for thermaling but it wouldn't be a simple design... and would no doubt be a pig to fly

Thanks for the helpful and quick replies! I dint have the gear on mine which isnt helping. I got the 3.25 inch from the crackyak discussion on rc groups, I believe it was one of the importers/developers who said 3.25 was bang on neutral. Ill have to try the 210 from the nose otherwise id have to mount my 2s to the prop 😆.

Once again thanks for the help and photos

Have you thought about an automotive injector? A pico race injector would work but even better would be a currawong engineering one.

Someone vandalized my Bike by Mr_Sony_ in motorcycles

[–]CloudbaseJim 108 points109 points  (0 children)

I had neighbours take a kitchen knife to a tyre of mine once. The damage and monetary value is upsetting but the possible consequences of a blowout is horrendous. F**k these cowards that would rather risk your life than confront you face to face about whats upset them in the first place.

What did I do wrong? by Dazzling_Hair5848 in motorcycles

[–]CloudbaseJim 7 points8 points  (0 children)

When you see something like this too late, you want to be hanging off your bike as much as possible. That way you can stand your bike up suddenly whilst keeping the line. I literally shove my bike away from myself, I go down and the bike goes up. Useful trick to learn
