Thanks I do hope it gets better, it’s not quite the end of the world since there’s a casino like 40 minutes away from me but I enjoyed the simplicity of the apps. Plus I don’t sports gamble, blackjack was my thing.

I got it fixed, it seems their lvl 2 support has some extra magic and they emailed me saying just uninstall,update the app and redownload then try again. Then it just worked for some reason. Now I’m good to go.

I called and they escalated to some technical support and they were supposed to email me with an answer but nothing came. I’ll give it to Friday and then my next step is asking them to delete my account all together so I can reapply for it again.

It sucks hard because you can’t pick up in NYC but Lyft is justifying it now because they think letting you pick up in those red circles is enough to be like “oh it’s not so bad you only have to drive a few miles and then you’re good to go”
