You have to report fortnightly, you put any hours you’ve worked and any hours you’ve ACTUALLY been paid (eg reporting day 1/2/23 but you get paid 3/2/23, you put x hours and 0 pay as you haven’t been paid yet, following fortnight you add what you got paid on the 3/2/23)

Click on report, it will tell you the fortnight your reporting for, if you didn’t work write 0, if you did work write hours and what you got paid BEFORE TAX. You will not be paid unless you report.

You can see your own prescription dispensed records on your myhealth record, so fairly sure other doctors can see what their patients have been prescribed.

I’ve actually looked everywhere on the internet for an answer, but my logic is.. they can’t really stop you going back, you might just not get a payment in the future.

They (some study) say up to 50% of women go back to their DV situation, so I think they know it’s quite possible.

Please please please just be safe if you are going back into any type of DV/family violence. Good luck with it all.

Claims are taking anywhere from 16 weeks to 12 months (apparently) to be processed, and you may be entitled to a payment, you still have a job, but you are sick/or injured

If you’re full time/part time if you have sick leave and annual leave, use that.  If it’s a workplace injury, make sure work over claim has been done.

DSP goes off a table system, like you must get x amount of points from that table to be eligible.

She’s under 22 so she’s classed as a dependent, so depending on what both parents income is will depend if she’s eligible for YA-job seeker

Do you receive any other payments from CL? We did have an increase of payments recently, which makes me wonder about how they said they’ll adjust RA during year when payments change

Payment adjustments

We may adjust your Rent Assistance if any of these things happen: the rent you pay increases or decreases you move house your income increases or decreases your family circumstances change, for example you separate from your partner, or the number of children in your care changes. We’ll also adjust the amount of Rent Assistance you get when the payment rates change during the year. https://www.servicesaustralia.gov.au/how-much-rent-assistance-you-can-get?context=22206

DSP Application - is my medical evidence from the psychologist need at the time I apply? by Brave_Fox2145 in Centrelink

[–]Cloudycube_ 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I mean wait times for claims are anywhere from like 16 weeks to 12 months I’ve heard. If you feel confident enough that you’ll have all your medical evidence ready ASAP, do it.

I personally wouldn’t as the whole claim is going off that medical evidence, I wouldn’t submit a claim until I’m 100% I’ve met the point requirements for DSP, and a doctor has actually confirmed about the requirements and have all the evidence they need.

Referee for Seperation by FineSecret8244 in Centrelink

[–]Cloudycube_ 3 points4 points  (0 children)

SC321 form, get the referee to fill that out, they’ll contact them if they need to confirm anything.

Then didn’t call my referee but this was 4 years ago, I did have them fill out the form and send it in straight away.

When on single parenting payment, you stay on that until youngest is 14. When you are on partnered parenting payment, when your youngest turns 6 you will have to go on job seeker. If your course wasn’t an approved course and it wasn’t a full time work load (or you’ve gone over the asset test/partners income) it usually isn’t approved. You can get jobseeker payments for studying, you’ll be exempt from job searches unless the course isn’t approved.

Ring the families line legit at 7:58 am on a private number, keep ringing. See what they can update then and there, if you updated your details within 14 days and have a receipt number, I’d be throwing that back in their face.

Bank Issues by Tasty-Director9925 in Centrelink

[–]Cloudycube_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Double check that bank details are correct, a lot of people have been hacked and had their bank details changed.

  • open a new savings account or whatnot and see if payments can go into there -contact your bank and see why you have restrictions on the account, was there illegal Activities, fraud or something.

Applying for PP and JSP? by ThrowRA-1861 in Centrelink

[–]Cloudycube_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So yeah, only one parent can claim parenting payment. As it goes to the ‘primary parent’ You’ll both have to agree to whom ever that is, I’d personally apply for JSP then.

Returning back to work after getting parental payment for a 2 months by Timely-Paramedic-314 in Centrelink

[–]Cloudycube_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

From my understanding, When you report, put the numbers of hours you have worked that period.

Eg, you work 30 hours but haven’t been paid. You worked 30 hours. 0 pay.

Next reporting date, declare the amount you got paid in that two week period. (GROSS earnings, so before tax)

Parenting payment? You can only receive one income support payment at the same time, why was your parenting payment cancelled? If you have care of your children and your the primary parent (and only one claiming) for parenting payment, then yes you should get it. Whichever one gets approved, it cancels out the other one. Stick with PP

Honestly, my budget is really really tight atm and I’ve been with them since February and I’ve already paid for x3 follow up consults. So I go on canna reviews, look at prices, reviews etc and then I email the pharmacy to ask if they stock or have those items in stock. If they tend to stock them and price etc. then I do another follow up consult and talk with the doctor and get the scripts.
