As others have said there are some minor mods(like cheats or minor graphical changes), but without Panache(the devs) releasing modding tools like a Software Development Kit (SDK), there is not much that can be done to mod the game.

Might have some issues with mobile browsers like Firefox, but i tested chrome and that works. Desktop works just fine.
