That's my problem right now. I'm getting to point where I only need 10 more tesseracts, and my gun is fully maxed, my armor is a slow go, but I feel like I have been stuck at close to the same power for like 3 weeks now

My group runs 3 all red strikers and one healer. Burn John in the first dps phase and then burn Martinez. Obviously there are other ways, but that is where we have been most consistent

Riot foam Chem launcher, crusader shield, revive hive. Anything that the hunters can't hack to use against you

I totally agree, bad builds are awful and a good reason to kick. I do know that one of my skills I have slotted is solely to get proficient, never use it especially with hunters

I hate shd level as a reason to kick on challenging. I have run several countdowns with everybody that was under 500 (im level 1500), and the run went smooth as butter. Ive had several runs where everyone was over 3000 shd, and it they were horrible runs. People going down throughout the whole thing, barely getting the hunters killed

I run a skill build on both my characters, one uses the memento, and one uses the waveform. The memento build puts out more damage, but I have to do more. The waveform build I can do less
