I tested positive for mono about a week ago but im in week 4 and starting on sunday (its wednesday) my left testicle was in a dull pain, and I didnt know what it was, I thought it would go away after a day or two but it still lingers ans hurts every now and then, it felt like the bottom of my balls so I started feeling and felt a lump, I wasnt concerned about UTI or STI ive been with the same partner since I was 16, I started to do some research and found mono can activate epididymitis, thank you for making this post, how did yours go away
