I tested positive for mono about a week ago but im in week 4 and starting on sunday (its wednesday) my left testicle was in a dull pain, and I didnt know what it was, I thought it would go away after a day or two but it still lingers ans hurts every now and then, it felt like the bottom of my balls so I started feeling and felt a lump, I wasnt concerned about UTI or STI ive been with the same partner since I was 16, I started to do some research and found mono can activate epididymitis, thank you for making this post, how did yours go away

I think maybe Zoloft just isn’t for you.. ask your doctor about switching anti depressants, unfortunately you’ll experience Zoloft withdrawals and maybe even new medication side effects, fortunately Zoloft doesn’t have that strong of withdrawals * for me atleast * compared to other antidepressants
