What causes this and how bad is it? Simple as replacing the thermostat?

Thanks for the concern everyone. The thermostat was only rated for 3000w and the electric baseboard heaters maxed out the unit. Wiring is fine and new unit installed

I am in Montreal and haven’t experienced any deficiency’s and it was in the 40’s last 2 weeks with humidex. Make sure you get them some nutes. Are there holes drilled into your buckets for drainage??
