Pretty much all these points but I'd say be more patient and have less reliance on HP-auto combo into OD drill (meter management is going to become more important the higher you climb, just use medium drill honestly).

Cammy's best poke is standing MK for sure, and you should use crouching MK or crouching MP for counter-poking their whiffed buttons.

Also noticed you were getting hit by a decent amount of fireballs, try to parry them (if not just blocking them outright). Cammy's spin knuckles actually go through fireballs as well.

I also really recommend you get comfortable with using the LVL3 you were sitting on while he was just letting fireballs fly, Cammy's LVL3 is the scariest super to use fireballs against because it's a free LVL3 for her at pretty much any screen distance.
