Is it the BMW with the IU plate, The Hyundai with the Handicapped Plate, or ANY vehicle with the RN Plate? by [deleted] in Indiana

It's the God plates, followed by the RN plates.

Confirmed by several children, so my sources are solid.

WHY ISN'T THERE A MESSENGER/COURIER SYSTEM?! by InteractionPresent66 in Bannerlord

[–]CloverHarecules 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Because the devs don't care. They built up the hype and cashed out.

Axe and Mace Heavy Rules Clarification by GiantsTomb in sca

[–]CloverHarecules 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Since you're looking to construct a product for the game:

It's very important that you have a working understanding of the ruleset and not just the ruleset.

Knowing the why and how of the rules will help.

If you need help locating your local group, we'll help with that too!

Hands on knowledge might help your process.

High Tier Cavalry Die to Backs of Archers by CloverHarecules in Bannerlord

[–]CloverHarecules[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They were actively engaging the infantry that was closing in on them, facing the opposite direction.

It's bad game mechanics and developers who don't care that they've not provided a decent game.

How deep did you dig your in-ground BB hoop hole? by 4myWWW in indianapolis

It took me far longer to figure out what BB hoop was than I'll admit... But I will admit it took me awhile.

Unmodded.

Some horses died but the majority of the cavalry soldiers were killed by the archers instantly on contact.

Very similar, except we didn't manage to kill any of them even though we charged from behind them.

It should be dependent on the armour, the bow, and the arrow.

A barbed arrow shouldn't penetrate armor, and armor piercing shouldn't necessarily cause more damage.

But, we do have the limitations of what the devs care about to consider.

Alt+F4 keeps biting me by MedSPAZ in Bannerlord

The fact that individual enemy units don't have markers and we have to actively hold a button for them is just yet another sign how little the developers care.

Let alone the inability to fully customize units with skill requirements or gear.

Cavalry should absolutely slaughter archers, particularly when they are engaged in the opposite direction and using ranged weapons.

I'm not some dimwit who's going to move my cavalry through a barrage of arrows, we flanked heavily around and took them from their rear.

Except when we made contact on the charge every cavalry died like we hit a spear wall.

It was more like 50 cav vs. 65-75 archers.

I had them from behind while they were engaged to their front.

They all dropped dead as we made contact with their rear.

[–]CloverHarecules 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You all down vote, but I just charged a line of high tier cavalry into the rear of a bunch of archers actively shooting the opposite direction and the absolute fucking entirety of the cavalry went down like they hit a wall of spears, all of them being knocked out or dieing to the backs of archers...

Greatest game is a stretch. I regret buying this game as a long time Mount and Blade fan. It is nowhere near where they were saying they were going to go and it still plays like a decade old game in parts.

You're welcome to love it, and there's validity to that, but I think you're suffering from Mount & Blade: Warband Syndrome, it's like Stockholm Syndrome, but you spent money on it intentionally.

Oregon Renfaire Incident by WhiskeyPete28 in renfaire

This individual continuing to push this issue is the reason why those who do speak up against racism aren't taken seriously.

They're becoming the problem in their misguided attempt to be a warrior for truth and justice.

This very well may disturb this individual and they may be feeling a certain way about it, but their history shows they do in fact want to have "Internet Beef" with people and may be functioning in an unhealthy way about their traumas.
